Xsdtrail for XSD and WSDL: End User License Agreement

This agreement is between you (an individual, or the organisation you act for) and Ochrestack ("we") for the software plugin "Xsdtrail for XSD and WSDL" (the "Plugin"), distributed through JetBrains Marketplace. By installing or using the Plugin you accept this agreement.

1. Licence grant

a. Free features. We grant you a non-exclusive, worldwide, non-transferable, royalty-free licence to install and use the free features of the Plugin, for personal and commercial purposes, with no time limit.

b. Paid features. The paid features (multi-file schema resolution, and the messages, parts and schema declarations of WSDL operations) are unlocked by a licence purchased through JetBrains Marketplace, or by a JetBrains Marketplace trial. A purchased licence is a perpetual licence: it does not expire and includes all updates of the Plugin. The number of users, the licence holder and the purchase terms are those of the JetBrains Marketplace order; the JetBrains Marketplace terms govern payment, refunds and licence transfer.

2. Restrictions

You may not: (a) sell, rent, sublicense or redistribute the Plugin, except as allowed by JetBrains Marketplace; (b) remove or circumvent the licence check or any notice in the Plugin; (c) reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Plugin, except to the extent applicable law expressly permits it despite this restriction.

3. Your data

The Plugin reads files of the project you open, on your machine, to draw the diagram. It does not send any data over the network, does not collect personal data, and contains no telemetry or analytics. Licence verification is performed by your JetBrains IDE through JetBrains Marketplace; the Plugin only reads the result the IDE provides.

4. Third-party material

The Plugin includes licence-verification code published by JetBrains for Marketplace plugins. Schemas you open remain subject to their own licences.

5. Ownership

The Plugin is licensed, not sold. We keep all rights not expressly granted in this agreement.

6. No warranty

THE PLUGIN IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

7. Limitation of liability

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF DATA OR PROFITS, ARISING FROM THE USE OF THE PLUGIN. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PLUGIN LICENCE. Nothing in this agreement limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

8. Termination

This agreement ends automatically if you breach it. On termination you must stop using the Plugin and delete it.

9. Changes and contact

We may publish a new version of this agreement with a new Plugin version; the version shipped with the Plugin you use applies to it. Contact: [email protected], https://ochrestack.com
