Who we are
Ochrestack is an independent software studio in the United States. These terms apply to tools bought directly from ochrestack.com. Tools bought through a platform marketplace are also subject to that marketplace's terms.
What you get
When you buy a tool, you get a license to use it as described on its product page, for the number of users or installations stated there. You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute it except where its license file says you may. Tools published under an open-source license are governed by that license, which may grant you more rights than this page does.
Payment and refunds
Direct purchases are processed by our merchant of record, Polar Software Inc., which issues the invoice and collects applicable taxes. If a tool does not work as described and we cannot fix it within a reasonable time, email [email protected] within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
Support and updates
Every tool has a support address that answers. Updates for the version you bought are included for the period stated on its product page.
Warranty and liability
Our tools are provided as described and tested, but software is never perfect. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any tool is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights that consumer law gives you and that cannot be waived.
Changes
If these terms change, the date at the top changes with it. Changes do not apply retroactively to purchases already made.
